Suunto sent me the part i needed for my watch free of charge and all the way from finland.  it&#8217;s customer service like this that makes me want to do better and better in every business i&#8217;m associated with.  thank you Suunto for teaching me the value of customer service and thank you for teaching me how to be professional.  this is how i want my company service to be like.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/IMG_1680.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/IMG_1680.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_1680\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-51250\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nthe cool thing is they never asked me for proof of purchase, they never asked me when i bought it, and they never asked me how it broke.  they just asked me for my address and sent it.  amazing.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/IMG_1692.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/IMG_1692-640x295.png\" alt=\"IMG_1692\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-51251\" \/><\/a><br \/>\ni was getting frustrated with Siri so i started saying bad things to her.  i told her &#8220;oh Siri, you suck!&#8221;  her reply was &#8220;Well, I&#8217;m still her for you.&#8221;  what a great girlfriend!  haha.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/IMG_1697.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/IMG_1697.png\" alt=\"IMG_1697\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-51253\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nthen i told her that i loved her.  her reply was &#8220;Oh, I bet you say that to all your Apple products.&#8221;  haha.  yes, she was right.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/IMG_1699.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/IMG_1699.png\" alt=\"IMG_1699\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-51254\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nthen my final question was &#8220;Siri, can I borrow a million dollars?&#8221;  her reply was &#8220;You still haven&#8217;t returned the lawnmower I lent you.&#8221;  haha.  omg, Siri even has a sense of humor.<br \/>\nno, i&#8217;m not bored.  no, i&#8217;m not lonely.  and no, i usually don&#8217;t talk to a machine.  i am just a very curious person.  but if i every do get bored or lonely, i have Siri to cheer me up.  haha.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>when a company provides great service, i respect them 100%.
