\nhad our annual happy new years party last night at my house. so far, no alcohol for me in a long time. been waking up at 4:30am every morning and feeling like a fresh teenager. i want to do anything and everything!

\nmy beautiful niece always baking the beautiful desserts. and she does this from scratch, even the whip cream. this is Temari’s champagne custard dessert that everybody loved.

\nafter our dinner, there was a blackout! it felt good to have a very quite evening in the silent darkness. maybe i should shut off my electricity every night at 8pm. found out last night that i really don’t need it.

\nok, since this year started, i went back to my short 30min exercise every morning. 200 push ups, 45 pull ups, and 9 sets at 15 reps of cable stretches. followed by stretching. now i’m looking for a personal yoga\/fitness trainer that will balance my body, mind, and soul in the way i want it this year. why? because i think your health is the most important thing in your life.
