{"id":63746,"date":"2016-01-23T16:30:35","date_gmt":"2016-01-23T07:30:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=63746"},"modified":"2016-01-23T16:30:35","modified_gmt":"2016-01-23T07:30:35","slug":"power-surf-to-power-yoga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=63746","title":{"rendered":"Power Surf to Power Yoga!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Screen-Shot-2016-01-23-at-11.47.09-AM.jpg\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-01-23 at 11.47.09 AM\" width=\"640\" height=\"362\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-63751\" \/><br \/>\nhad an awesome day again!  surfed 2 rounds with Koike-san.  when i talked to him last night, he said &#8220;i want kirby boot camp.&#8221;  so it was full on boot camp today.  every wave he caught, i was on the side yelling like a sergeant to a solider.  i can be very strict at times and sometimes i even feel bad.  but if i don&#8217;t break the bad habits, the bad habits will live on forever.  but once the bad habits are gone, your surfing will get way better.  and so will your feeling and smile.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_5208.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5208\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-63743\" \/><br \/>\nit was another perfect day.  off shore, clean, and many waves for us.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_5215-e1453533151518.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5215\" width=\"1280\" height=\"960\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-63750\" \/><br \/>\nthen us military guys were hungry so it was off to eat a big plate of mexican enchiladas.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_5214-1.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5214\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-63749\" \/><br \/>\ngosh, i love it here.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_5218.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5218\" width=\"640\" height=\"224\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-63745\" \/><br \/>\nthen we went to drive out to sandy beach to check out the waves and scenery.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_5219.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5219\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-63747\" \/><br \/>\nthen turned the corner at makapuu.  unbelievably beautiful.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_5220.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5220\" width=\"640\" height=\"241\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-63748\" \/><br \/>\ncan you believe this is hawaii in january?
