 left at dark and made the call.  north shore!  wasn&#8217;t 100% sure but 95%, so pretty sure.  come to find out, we surfed the best spot!!!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Screen-Shot-2016-02-07-at-10.27.59-AM.jpg\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-02-07 at 10.27.59 AM\" width=\"640\" height=\"396\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-64213\" \/><br \/>\nthe wildlife on the north shore is amazing.  turtles just swim right up to you.  it&#8217;s like they want me to pet them.  swimming with these amazing creatures all the time teaches me how to communicate with them.  yeah, turtle talk.  haha.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Screen-Shot-2016-02-07-at-10.19.01-AM.jpg\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-02-07 at 10.19.01 AM\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-64217\" \/><br \/>\nok, everybody was expecting the waves to drop.  i thought we&#8217;d go to pipeline again but when in passed by laniakea, i seen perfect overhead waves peeling all the way across.  i did a u turn, parked the car, and told Yuki-san and Ayumi-san &#8220;hurry!!!  the past months have been super big and out of control waves on the north shore.  but these past 2 days have been flawless.  totally flawless and perfect for them!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Screen-Shot-2016-02-07-at-10.25.24-AM.jpg\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-02-07 at 10.25.24 AM\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-64206\" \/><br \/>\nand it is totally flawless and perfect for me too!  i was so happy to be surfing perfect rights today!  barrels, off the lips, and lots of cutbacks!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Screen-Shot-2016-02-07-at-10.29.20-AM.jpg\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-02-07 at 10.29.20 AM\" width=\"640\" height=\"357\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-64210\" \/><br \/>\nday 1 was pipeline, day 2 was laniakea.  both days surfing the famous north shore of oahu.  nobody will believe them, but i sure will.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/IMG_5799.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5799\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-64193\" \/><br \/>\nit was so beautiful out there.  blue sky and very warm.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/IMG_5803.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5803\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-64216\" \/><br \/>\nthen we came back and ate the famous huge piece of prime rib!
