{"id":65989,"date":"2016-03-29T05:18:55","date_gmt":"2016-03-28T20:18:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=65989"},"modified":"2016-03-29T05:18:55","modified_gmt":"2016-03-28T20:18:55","slug":"daily-natural-exercising","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=65989","title":{"rendered":"Sunset Romance and Daily Natural Exercising"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_7927.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_7927\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-65990\" \/><br \/>\nyesterday afternoon was freaking gorgeous!  clean air, cool wind, and perfect blue sky.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Screen-Shot-2016-03-28-at-3.10.34-PM.jpg\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-03-28 at 3.10.34 PM\" width=\"640\" height=\"366\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-66001\" \/><br \/>\nday 12 of surfing for Asayama-san.  the waves were tricky, but not too tricky for a good surfer.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Screen-Shot-2016-03-28-at-3.11.26-PM.jpg\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-03-28 at 3.11.26 PM\" width=\"640\" height=\"367\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-65998\" \/><br \/>\nAsayama-san kept on catching wave after wave.  after 2 hours and him catching about 15 waves, i asked him &#8220;aren&#8217;t you tired yet?&#8221;  he said &#8220;no, i want 5 more.&#8221;  haha.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Screen-Shot-2016-03-28-at-3.11.09-PM.jpg\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-03-28 at 3.11.09 PM\" width=\"640\" height=\"366\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-65997\" \/><br \/>\nand he kept on going and going.  i was riding on the side laughing.  so funny watching this young man feel the great vibe.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Screen-Shot-2016-03-28-at-3.12.51-PM.jpg\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-03-28 at 3.12.51 PM\" width=\"640\" height=\"365\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-66000\" \/><br \/>\nseen the 2 surfer girls out.  reminded me of the days i use to go surfing with my friends.  the good old precious days.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_7935.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_7935\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-65991\" \/><br \/>\nthen i took Asayama-san to the park to watch the sunset.  earlier in the day, i packed up my cooler with some treats.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_7936.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_7936\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-65994\" \/><br \/>\n2 beers, water, fresh sashimi, a knife, wasabi, and shoyu.  just perfect enough for the 2 of us to have an amazing time enjoying life.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_7942-e1459148534789.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_7942\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-65996\" \/><br \/>\nthis was the same fish that was swimming under us the day before.  now we can enjoy what the lovely ocean has provided us.  Asayama-san was stoked to get to try some fresh hawaiian seafood!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_7946.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_7946\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-65995\" \/><br \/>\nyes, i can be romantic at times.  no, i&#8217;m not gay.  i just want everybody to experience my lifestyle.  and if you can take this and apply it to others, i&#8217;m a very happy man.  this is my life, and nobody can ever change it.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_7953.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_7953\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-65993\" \/><br \/>\nand yes, the sunset was amazing!  i just love this angle!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Screen-Shot-2016-03-28-at-3.11.53-PM.jpg\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-03-28 at 3.11.53 PM\" width=\"640\" height=\"367\" class=\"align none size-full wp-image-66002\" \/><br \/>\n12 days of surfing, 7 days of yoga, 4 days of free diving, 1 day of SUP&#8217;ing, lots of healthy food, and lots of a hawaiian active lifestyle.  Asayama-san&#8217;s been living the dream lifestyle for the past 2 weeks and you can see the results in his body.  much more stronger, much more muscles, and much bigger smile.  he&#8217;s going back to japan a very energetic young man!  it&#8217;s amazing how the ocean can shape ones body.  very natural and very healthy.  i still can&#8217;t believe he&#8217;s only 67 years young!  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>yesterday afternoon was freaking gorgeous! clean air, cool wind, and perfect blue sky. day 12 of surfing for Asayama-san. the waves were tricky, but not too tricky for a good surfer.
