{"id":66828,"date":"2016-04-26T05:51:27","date_gmt":"2016-04-25T20:51:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=66828"},"modified":"2016-04-26T05:51:27","modified_gmt":"2016-04-25T20:51:27","slug":"touch-a-rainbow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=66828","title":{"rendered":"Simply Touch a Rainbow"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>good to be back in hawaii.  once again, you seriously have to leave here to appreciate it more.  i was only gone for 8 days but now that i&#8217;m home, everything seems new to me again.  i had a year full of trips planned, but now that has changed.  for 2016, i&#8217;m only going to travel between japan and hawaii.  other parts of the world will have to wait because i don&#8217;t want food poisoning again.  and i don&#8217;t want terrorist explosions, nor the zika virus.  going to simplify the year by just going to japan to eat good food, meet my wonderful family and friends, and chase a couple of typhoons if the timing is right.  going to live simply in 2016 and looking forward to it.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Screen-Shot-2016-04-25-at-2.03.39-PM.jpg\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-04-25 at 2.03.39 PM\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-66838\" \/><br \/>\nhad an awesome time surfing with Ikai-san yesterday afternoon.  it&#8217;s been a while for her but she did great!  it&#8217;s impossible to forget how to surf!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Screen-Shot-2016-04-25-at-2.02.07-PM.jpg\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-04-25 at 2.02.07 PM\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-66836\" \/><br \/>\nafter a few adjustments, she was surfing perfectly.  so stoked to see the stoke come back!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Screen-Shot-2016-04-25-at-2.03.49-PM.jpg\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-04-25 at 2.03.49 PM\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-66839\" \/><br \/>\ngreat job surfing Ikai-san!  keep on surfing!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Screen-Shot-2016-04-25-at-2.03.58-PM.jpg\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-04-25 at 2.03.58 PM\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-66832\" \/><br \/>\nthen we drove up the mountain to catch the best view in the world.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/IMG_8884.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_8884\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-66834\" \/><br \/>\nlooking out to waikiki, i have mixed feelings.  yes, it&#8217;s a beautiful view, but to see hotel after hotel going up and up, i wonder when it will ever stop?
