walked by a new shop yesterday so i thought i’d take a peek inside. it’s called Joe Kim’s and wasn’t to sure what was inside.

come to find out, it’s a Korean shop selling all types of kimchee.

i think it is amazing when people from other countries come to Hawaii and start a business. it’s a brave thing to do because opening a new business in Hawaii is very challenging. so i decided to support local Korean and bought some kimchee.

then this nice worker bagged up my 2 containers of kimchee i bought and threw in another one for free. i was so happy to get such friendly service. came home and tried it out. it was so good! i’ll definitely got back to Joe Kim’s again. support local!

this target cost $31 in a store here in Hawaii.

i decided to make my own. cost me $7 and took me 5 minutes. saved some money!

helped Micah install his new air conditioner. so stoked to have him as as my new neighbor. i just love this kid.

so stoked to see Kimura-san enjoying his life in Indonesia right now. catching good waves and drinking cold Bintang’s. lucky guy.

omg, big news today! this 72 year old driver got into a road rage incident with another 31 year old driver. he pulled out his gun, shot the guy, then ran him over with his car. the 31 year old died. omg! is this really Hawaii? so scary these days! <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
