it’s so crazy how i can just take a photo of anything in Hawaii and it looks good. the different shades of blue can make you want to jump into the photo.

driving out through the Ala Wai Canal, normally you will never see the bottom. but yesterday wasn’t normal. it was as clean as it could ever get.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

so clean that i could see the turtles sleeping in 40′ water. then they would swim up slowly to get a breath of air.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

the girls had a blast again. just hanging out in the middle of the ocean floating around in a tube. turtles popping up everywhere.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

if the girls are happy, i’m happy.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

Japan sending up a spy satellite? is it only me that is feeling like there is a war boiling up?
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

the biggest cockroach was walking around in my room last night when i was trying to sleep. it was so loud i thought it was a mouse. so i got up and smashed it. then i went back to sleep and had a nightmare of a cockroach attacking me.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

such an amazing day it was again today. blue sky, super warm, good waves, and awesome rides! surfed this morning with the Saito-san family! it was so fun!
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

then went back out this afternoon with Okada-san and his son Ikumaru-kun! perfect surfing guys!
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

want to thank Tomami-san for the senbei. great with my beers!
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

it still amazes me how Japanese individually package everything. itadakimasu!
