{"id":77766,"date":"2017-04-05T07:36:43","date_gmt":"2017-04-04T22:36:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=77766"},"modified":"2017-04-05T07:36:43","modified_gmt":"2017-04-04T22:36:43","slug":"sakura-lunch-date-tokyo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=77766","title":{"rendered":"Sakura Lunch Date @ Tokyo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1539.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77767\" \/><\/p>\n<p>enjoyed the last of my view in Yokohama before i had to move on.  gosh, i did&#8217;t want to check out of my room.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1541.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77768\" \/><\/p>\n<p>getting on the train isn&#8217;t so beautiful but i was excited to get to my Tokyo Cherry Blossom date on time!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1556-1-e1491344193389.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77771\" \/><\/p>\n<p>and when i met my partners at Naka-Meguro, we were in total awe as we watched the full blooming of the sakura.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1555.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77770\" \/><\/p>\n<p>and it wasn&#8217;t only us.  there were so many other people having date day under the cherry trees.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1565.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77776\" \/><\/p>\n<p>and you didn&#8217;t need a date to enjoy this annual event.  this man was enjoying it by himself with his beer and pupus.  so cute.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1568.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77772\" \/><\/p>\n<p>then the three of us headed to the most amazing lunch in Tokyo.  we were so excited!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1572.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77773\" \/><\/p>\n<p>they call this place Niwa because of the fresh vegetables they use right from the garden outside.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1570-e1491344084614.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77784\" \/><\/p>\n<p>omg, we started off with the most refreshing drink ever!  i can&#8217;t even explain how good it was.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1571.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77785\" \/><\/p>\n<p>this menu changes all time and you will never be disappointed.  i wanted to eat every single thing on the menu.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1573.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77778\" \/><\/p>\n<p>it&#8217;s amazing how Yuri-san starts us off with the most simple, but delicious dishes.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1574.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77779\" \/><\/p>\n<p>and it keeps on getting better and better.  this squid was the best.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1577.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77786\" \/><\/p>\n<p>and the stuff shiitake mushrooms were the best too.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1575.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77780\" \/><\/p>\n<p>and the spinach was the best too.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77781\" \/><\/p>\n<p>and omg, the eggplant was the best too!   haha.  everything was getting better and better.  the best of the best.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1581-e1491344102301.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77782\" \/><\/p>\n<p>and of course, the rice was cooked to perfection.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1582.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77774\" \/><\/p>\n<p>i ordered the grilled fish for my main course.  something you won&#8217;t find in Hawaii.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1587.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77775\" \/><\/p>\n<p>and the perfect closer dessert with hot tea.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1585.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"481\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77783\" \/><\/p>\n<p>want to thank my boys for the wonderful sakura and lunch date in Tokyo.  yeah, we must have looked weird to a lot of people, but i can say we had the most fun!  haha.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_1594.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77787\" \/><\/p>\n<p>and want to thank Yuri-san for making us so food happy!  your restaurant is five stars and we will surely be back very soon.  <\/p>\n<p>then we jumped on the shinkansen, rented a car, and ended up in heaven.  life only gets better and better as we sit in an onsen resort, enjoy our friends, and continue to make our lives a better place.
