{"id":79079,"date":"2017-05-16T05:56:42","date_gmt":"2017-05-15T20:56:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=79079"},"modified":"2017-05-16T05:56:42","modified_gmt":"2017-05-15T20:56:42","slug":"hawaii-free-dive-lessons","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=79079","title":{"rendered":"Hawaii Free Dive Lessons"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>after i graduated from college and traveled the world, i always wanted to be a teacher.  maybe at some high school or college?  since that never happened, i just try to teach the people around me as much as i can.  taking the knowledge that took me many years to learn, and passing it down by example.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/photos-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-79085\" \/><\/p>\n<p>so when i had all these kids around me, my dream came true.  i can teach these kids something about life, about survival, and about having fun.  the Moniz kids after a successful fishing experience.  gosh, this must have been 15 years ago.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/111.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-79083\" \/><\/p>\n<p>i even went to the Moniz house and gave them their first lesson on free diving and spear fishing.  that was so fun.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/GOPR0711.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"size-full wp-image-79080\" \/> <\/p>\n<p>then i&#8217;d take the kids out to the ocean.  i use to tell them, &#8220;just watch what i do, then copy every move.&#8221;  and even thought they couldn&#8217;t catch anything in the beginning, i&#8217;d always let them take a photo so they can feel it.
