Takahashi-san came to pick me up in his new toy.  a freaking Porsche 911 Turbo!   we were like 2 kids riding around the block.  haha.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/IMG_6220.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-82298\" \/><\/p>\n<p>at dinner at this new restaurant called Kapuka.  it was amazing!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/IMG_6217.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-82294\" \/><\/p>\n<p>the interior was absolutely stunning.  a comfortable place i could hang out all day long.  i want whoever designed this place to come to Hawaii and design my house like this.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/IMG_6218-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-82302\" \/><\/p>\n<p>and the food was amazing.  started out with the raw ham.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/IMG_6219.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-82297\" \/><\/p>\n<p>then the special salad.  the most artistic salad i&#8217;ve ever eaten.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/IMG_6222.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1478\" height=\"1108\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-82295\" \/><\/p>\n<p>hanging out with old friends and meeting new friends.  it&#8217;s unbelievable how small this world is.  we are all connected in some way.  so cool.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/IMG_6221.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-82293\" \/><\/p>\n<p>had a wonderful night with exciting conversations.  don&#8217;t you love that heart shaped chair?  i do!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/IMG_6223.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-82301\" \/><\/p>\n<p>then came back to my favorite hotel in Okinawa:  The Beach!  slept like a little baby after a long day and night.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/IMG_6225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-82299\" \/><\/p>\n<p>woke up in Chatan and had breakfast on the rooftop.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/IMG_6224.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"184\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-82303\" \/><\/p>\n<p>so happy to see the blue ocean and blue sky.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/IMG_6261.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-82304\" \/><\/p>\n<p>omg, today was amazing!  we all had such a wonderful day in the ocean.  you can tell by the colors of Okinawa.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/IMG_6276.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-82305\" \/><\/p>\n<p>came back late afternoon, went shopping for our bbq tonight, and now it&#8217;s going to start.  eat fresh fish, talk new stories, and enjoy life in paradise.  cheers!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>so happy to be back in Okinawa hanging out with friends.
