yesterday, we paddled out at dark and was the first ones in the ocean. the 5 of us pretty much caught every single wave that came through. it was like a dream morning session with the ocean to ourselves. came in at 8:15, dropped off the Okinawa girls and boys, then went home to grab my backpack.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

then at 10:30am, i was on an international flight. don’t ask me how i made it, but somehow i managed to. sat back, watched a movie, and enjoyed my dessert.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

arrived in Japan at 4pm, and couldn’t believe the sun was setting already? really?
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

there’s a deadly flu going around so i have to protect myself. this is the best way.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

arrived in Tokyo at 5:30pm. Inaida-san was finishing up his massage, then Katsura-san went to work on my tired body. in just 5 minutes, i was feeling 10 years younger. oh, it hurts so good!
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

at 6pm, we were sitting front row at the best sushi bar in the world.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

the o-toro or fatty tuna is my favorite. when i put this in my mouth, it made my long journey worth every minute.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

and always having lots of laughs with Inaida-san and Yuki-san. it’s amazing how we have to much to talk about. there’s never a dull moment…
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

came back home and started the fire.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

sipped on fine whisky, had a fine talk, and ended a fine day. thank you Inaida-san for the fine Memories! <\/p>\n

as for the start of 2018, it’s going right on track. work hard, and play harder is still my motto. life is short so may as well enjoy it while i can. the rest of this year will be kind of like this, making more Memories. anyway, i woke up at 2:30am but so what? i’m enjoying this jet lag to the fullest…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
