 well, imagine dodging whales breaching everywhere!  i haven&#8217;t seen so many whales in my life before!  it was actually a little scary&#8230;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/IMG_1799.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-87225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>we would be driving around and then all of a sudden, a huge whale breaches right on the side of Mayuki.  so beautiful, and super exciting.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/IMG_1603.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-87235\" \/><\/p>\n<p>we left at 5am for our island hopping adventure.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/IMG_1610.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"4032\" height=\"3024\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-87226\" \/><\/p>\n<p>driving in the pitch dark is freaky because i know the whales can&#8217;t see us.  and i know they are out there&#8230;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/IMG_1669.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-87228\" \/><\/p>\n<p>managed to shoot a kumu.  then an uhu after.  that was all i killed this trip.  it was actually just enough for our upcoming dinner party.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/IMG_1666.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-87227\" \/><\/p>\n<p>instead, i went surfing while the girls went treasure hunting.  i enjoyed some amazing rides while the girls found some beautiful gems.  everybody was happy.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/IMG_1674.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-87229\" \/><\/p>\n<p>then it was lunch time.  so hungry!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/IMG_1713.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-87232\" \/><\/p>\n<p>then passed by some amazing places on the way to another island.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/IMG_1696.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-87230\" \/><\/p>\n<p>this was our appetizers.  couple of cold green bottles along with some fresh opihi.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/IMG_1722.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-87231\" \/><\/p>\n<p>then we parked the boat along a secluded white sand beach, anchored, and enjoyed a nice warm nabe.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/IMG_1723.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-87233\" \/><\/p>\n<p>some fresh Yamari shirasu along with lots of enoki in this mouthwatering pot.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/IMG_1716.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-87234\" \/><\/p>\n<p>then Don Julio entertained us throughout the night.  wild, wet, bumpy, dark, and many shooting stars&#8230;  i was in the most natural peaceful place in the world&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>have you ever played dodgeball before?
