 haha.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_3976.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-89782\" \/><\/p>\n<p>and the train had to be pushed around the track by 2 guys.  haha.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_3970.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-89777\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Indonesia&#8217;s religion is 95% Muslim.  everywhere you go, all the ladies are properly covered up from head to toe.  but their smiles are so welcoming.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_3972.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-89779\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Kerak Telor Khas Betawi?  what is that?<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_3981.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-89784\" \/><\/p>\n<p>need a watch?<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_3985.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-89787\" \/><\/p>\n<p>or sweet perfume?  it&#8217;s only 80 cents for 3 bottles.  that&#8217;s so cheap!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_3982.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-89786\" \/><\/p>\n<p>the cool thing about this festival is there is no alcohol.  in fact, it&#8217;s prohibited for Muslims to drink alcohol so you won&#8217;t find it in any store.  what a healthy culture&#8230;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG_3971.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-89778\" \/><\/p>\n<p>ended the festival with a golden sunset.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Screen-Shot-2018-04-25-at-10.40.37-AM.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"725\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-89790\" \/><\/p>\n<p>now that i just got back to Hawaii, i&#8217;m going to upload my cameras and share with you our wonderful trip.  i&#8217;ve been going to Indonesia for the past 25 years and thought i surfed and seen it all.  this trip made me realize i still have virgin eyes.  i&#8217;ve never seen a wave like the one we surfed on our last day anywhere else in this world.  we gambled and drove 1.5 hours to get there.  and that gamble paid off big time because that has to be one of my most memorable days of my life&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>gosh, glad to be back home in Hawaii. the trip was absolutely perfect, but i just wished it was a little closer. it took me 42 hours to get home&#8230; pretty far yeah?
