{"id":94963,"date":"2018-10-04T15:49:55","date_gmt":"2018-10-04T06:49:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=94963"},"modified":"2018-10-04T15:49:55","modified_gmt":"2018-10-04T06:49:55","slug":"love-seals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/?p=94963","title":{"rendered":"Love Seals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_8767.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-94966\" \/><br \/>\nonly had an hour to surf today so thought i&#8217;d maximize my water time by getting out the fastest way possible.  this way!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_8768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-94967\" \/><br \/>\ncaught 3 sets in 30 minutes and i was done and happy.  that one hour surf session was efficient, cheap, and very satisfying.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_8770.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-94968\" \/><br \/>\nwent back out this afternoon and saw the love seals on the beach.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_8778.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-94969\" \/><br \/>\ni still remember the first time i dove 40&#8242; in this menpachi hole.  as i had a fish on my spear, i was backing out of the hole and once i turned around, i saw the biggest seal looking at me trying to steal my fish off my spear.  i was making my way up slowly to the surface and he was circling me trying to take my fish.  i will never forget that first encounter.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_8785.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"481\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-94970\" \/><br \/>\nso stoked to take Tashiro-san out surfing this afternoon.  he&#8217;s from Fukuoka so not really accustomed to big waves.  well, this evening was huge!  the hurricane brought the waves up and some sets were breaking outside by the red buoy.  a great big wave experience for this young surfer.  i&#8217;m sure he will never forget today!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/IMG_8786.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-94971\" \/><br \/>\nanother end to another hot day.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/go-naminori.com\/kirbyfukunaga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Screen-Shot-2018-09-29-at-8.29.01-AM.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1103\" height=\"1280\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-94964\" \/><br \/>\nlooking to see where i should go on my next vacation.  already been to pretty much everywhere in this map including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.  i&#8217;m kind of swaying towards the Philippines or Taiwan for now.  or maybe Laos or Malaysia?
