OMG, the clovers are invading my yard!

Afternoon at the Cliff.  Totally focused!

The waves were really good.  Light winds and very long rides!

This Japanese visitor surfer surfed out at Rockpiles on the low tide.  It’s very shallow out there and lots of sea urchin.  He fell, hit the reef, ripped his wetsuit, stood up on the reef, and got sea urchin in both of his feet.  I gave him some vinegar and when he went to sit in his car, he screamed “Itai!”

OMG!  There were sea urchin sticking out of his wetsuit.  He didn’t even know but we all were laughing because it was pretty funny.  He was laughing too and will hopefully be ok in a week.  Soaking it in vinegar will dissolve it.

That was the funniest thing I saw in a while because I saw his facial reaction when he sat down.  It’s like sitting on 6 sharp needles going right into your ass.  He was laughing after too which was cool.  I’m just not sure how you’re going to soak your ass in vinegar?

By the way, it’s been 5 weeks and I still have sea urchin stuck in my feet.  You won’t die but it’s very irritating and if you step on the wrong side of your foot, you will scream “itai” too.
