So nice to get to spend the morning with Reina-chan.  She’s going to be 10 years old in a couple days so today was an early birthday experience.  We went out to document this soon to be 10 year olds day in Hawaii.

Last time we surfed together, Reina-chan was riding with me.  This time, she wanted to ride on her own.  She’s so cute!

Mamiko-san always has great balance.  I don’t think she even fell once.

This is the photo I’m always trying to capture.  All you have to do is catch a wave, bend your knees, and look forward.  Add in the clear water, Diamond Head in the back, and you have an epic photo.  This is as good as it gets.

Hasegawa-san was super excited riding some very long waves.  You can see it in his smile.  So stoked!

We got some good waves, took some good photos, and had a wonderful family day.  This is surfing…
