Yumi-chan is a very popular yoga teacher in osaka. we’ve surfed so many times together and she keeps on getting better and better. yoga and surfing goes hand in hand. yoga is good for surfing, and surfing is good for yoga.

i’ve been practicing my head stands while riding a wave. it’s kind of hard because everything is moving so fast. so the key is to get a good wave, form a solid foundation, breathe, and go for it! i’m stoked i can do this now.
