omg! the water is browner than brown! i went out this morning but had to u turn. the waves and wind onshore breaking in the ala wai channel. once a few dirty sprays came over the dash in my face, i told myself “no way!”

had to pick up something in downtown so took a walk through china town. haven’t been here in a while.

ever since i saw the video of rats climbing all over the vegetables here, i haven’t bought anything from here. i can’t get that image out of my mind.

cheap shrimp. and no, these shrimp aren’t from hawaii.

this rain and humidity is driving me crazy! and driving Mayuki crazy too. wetness is not good for electrical wires. things are acting strange. hopefully the sun comes out to dry things up soon.

i spent most of my day running around getting my diving stuff together. it’s scattered all over the place so when it’s time to travel, i have to look for it. did i say travel? again?

omg, yesterday was terrifying!!! i get sick and dizzy and feel terrible when i see blood. and when somebody wants to take my blood, i feel even worst. my life is half way over so i thought i’d give me a half way of life check up. i feel great, but just in case. so going to my doctor was nerve-racking.

blood pressure seems to be ok. i have no clue what those numbers represent.

anyway, my doctor said i’m healthy. now i don’t have to see him for the next 10 years.

can you believe people are stealing gas out of school busses? yeah, this guy went to syphon gas at midnight. sad.

and high schools fighting high schools? there was a major fight between high schools a couple of days ago. tear gas, punches, and arrests. news like this you won’t find on international news.

wish i was with Matsu the other day in sumba. i actually passed by this super luxury surf resort on a boat a few years ago. would like to go there and be a tourist someday.

meet the new Glock 43. a super small gun that can blow your head off. and if you want one in hawaii, all you have to do is go to sports authority and buy one. scary!
