wow, the west side was so good today! it was amazing! perfect waves and perfect weather. haven’t been there for a while so great to see makaha going off.

had some 4′ sets and the conditions were perfect in the morning.

what happened to the beach? it’s all gone! if you go there in the summer, you know what i mean.

checked out some other spots too. clean waves everywhere.

some overhead lefts here too. looked so fun.

we decided to surf here because it was absolutely perfect for long boarding.

it’s Oshiro-san’s first time surfing on the west side so everything was new. ended up catching some super good long rights.

after this beautiful lunch, we went to surf ala moana because i heard the waves came up and the winds were perfect. and yes, it was perfect! thank you Oshiro-san and Keiko-san for the awesome day! keep on surfing and keep on hawaii!

yesterday evening was amazing. at around 5pm, i wanted to surf, and i also wanted to work out. go surf or go yoga? instead, i went SUP’ing. surfed and worked out at the same time. also got some practice in so i’m getting better little by little. the waves were perfect for me! stoked to surf with Seigo and Naohiro till pitch dark. good to see the boys ripping!

had a 3 hour meeting with my accountant. i love talking to her because she is very intelligent. if i didn’t have a time limit, i could sit in her office everyday learning about the economy, taxes, real estate, business, stocks, and politics. i actually had a great time talking about politics. Donald Trump vs. Hillary Clinton? who would you choose? i know who and i know why. anyway, still doing my taxes and it’s driving me pretty crazy!
