another day, another smile. omg, the waves were good again this morning. Asayama-san on day 9 straight days of surfing. i can’t believe how much energy he has???

all perfect rides again. today we surfed for pretty long and caught so many waves.

when i get 67 years old, i hope to be half this energetic.

we were waiting for this day that only happens once a month. the chefs special lasagna. our favorite!

i swear this is the best lasagna i’ve ever eaten in my life. made by an italian chef that knows how to make people happy.

went to pick up the Kawai-san family, then headed back out to the sea. no surf this afternoon because all we wanted to do was free dive!

and yes, an amazing time in the ocean. great fish story coming tomorrow. for now, i’m going to sleep. looking at another awesome day in the ocean tomorrow. good night.

got an email from Davis thanking everyone who donated money to buy rice for the kids in cambodia. well, the truck arrived!

i snuck up on him after i parked the car. just watched him living the local style.

perfect local slippers. it cost only $4 here in hawaii. Fujimoto-san had the same exact pair he bought in japan. that costed him $20!!! omg!
