Ala Moana chest high and cleaning up.
Diamond Head shoulder high and bumpy.
Trade winds back at 15mph.
Sun, clouds, rain, and rainbows!

had an awesome morning with Kitahama-san this morning. super stoked to see him riding so many good waves again. the waves were a little bumpy but that’s a great thing because no too many people were out! score!

and Kitahama-san getting his cross step down. looking very good!

always so happy after so many happy rides.

then us hungry surfers went to eat my favorite black bean seafood noodles.

and i ate the spicy seafood soup again. it was so spicy!!! but really good!

want to welcome my little princess back home from japan. so stoked to see her loving nature to the fullest!

want to thank Michi-san for the snacks! i just love it!

and still wondering what this is. going to try it tomorrow with a cold beer. i’ll let you know how it taste.

and thank you Shimada-san for the snacks. going to eat it before i sleep tonight.
another solid 5-6 hours in the ocean. warm and good waves all day. will sleep very happy tonight.

when i told Asayama-san about the new toy, he said “i want to ride it!” so hey, let’s ride it!

rain or shine, i don’t care. it’s only water right? it actually felt so good having the rain dumping on us driving out to the north shore. we were like little kids playing in the rain! haha.

made a stop at pipeline. actually had some waves!

the beauty of sunset beach.

then made a stop at Romy’s. the one and only for the best garlic shrimp on the island.

Asayama-san really wanted to eat shrimp. so did i so both of us were happy.

and yes, i’m still allergic to shrimp. BUT, i’ll eat Romy’s any day and anytime. it’s that good! who cares about my sore stomach? haha.

it’s unbelievable how much more you can see with an open car. the rainbows look bigger, and so does everything else. hawaii is so beautiful!

then we pull up to sandy beach and the waves are going off! off shore and overhead!

Isaiah parked his car and left it open. seen this priceless I Love Kelia hat on the dash. i’m surprised nobody stole it yet. Asayama-san was thinking about it. haha.

then the drive home was so beautiful. i left my house yesterday morning at 8am. surfed for 3 hours, and drove for 6 hours. can’t wait to do it all over again!
