we went to the main Billabong shop on the Gold Coast. guess who was in the main window? 
yes, Joshua Moniz! i miss Joshua but i know he’ll be here someday soon…
then we go inside and guess who’s photo is hanging on the wall? yup, Seth Moniz among the top Billabong riders in the World. Pop’s Tony got the shot! 
such a handsome kid. probably making some girls melt. haha…
then had a video playing on the tv and guess who’s getting barreled? yup, Seth. and i taught him how to do that. haha….
back at the pad, watching the ocean continuously is important. it’s part of a surfers life.
Seth is imagining top turns and cutbacks. i’m imagining how far i can foil these waves. haha. 
some of Seth’s best friends came from Hawaii to support him. not contest friends, childhood friends. this is mentally good for Seth because he loves his friends.
and always good to have good equipment under your feet too. Wade Tokoro has that covered for Seth. 
so happy watching the boys heading out for a surf at Snapper Rocks today. i felt sorry for the other 70 surfers that were out because these boys are Hawaiian, and they catch everything.
and if you make trouble to one, you make trouble to all. these boys are family and nothing comes between that…
meanwhile, Tony and i are in our best friend Matthew’s shop checking out his projects. don’t be surprised if you see me one day foiling out from the Waikiki Yacht Club, catching a wave at Three’s all the way to Bowls, then back in to the Yacht Club without even getting my hair wet. and no, this is no joke. this is no dream. this is going to happen very soon…
