Foiling Nagoya Airport

191

omg, when i was passing over the Nagoya bridge on the way to the airport yesterday, i was looking at the ocean.  it was super windy and there were little wind swells.  i was thinking about my foil gliding over the ocean and flying endlessly like a bird.  maybe next time!   if you ever transit at Nagoya airport like i do, go to the 3rd floor and eat the tonkatsu.  it’s the best!!!   just got back home today and was checking out my injuries.  it’s been 6 months and my foot still feels a little numb.  i guess this is how it will be forever.  oh well… and i jumped on the scale this morning.  omg!  i’m 174lbs or 79kg!!!  i use to be 160lbs and 72.5kg just a little while ago!!!  i hope to get back to my daily exercise routine tomorrow if my eye doesn’t feel like it’s going to pop out.  i feel so heavy!!! but glad to be back home.  after all, Hawaii is the best!  just the sight of the blue sky makes me feel happy!  i still can’t go into the ocean but maybe i’ll just go walk in the chest deep water.  i’m sure that will feel great!
