ever since i started doing yoga, i learned some cool things. i learned how to keep calm, relaxed, flexible, and strong. this is one position i like. i do this in the morning and the blood rushes into my head, then back to my toes. feels so good! i’m up to 5 minutes and will work my way until i can hold this for 30 minutes. it won’t be long.
this one i just learned. it seemed impossible to do but once you get the right balance and confidence, it’s pretty easy. hold this for 10 minutes and you don’t need any other workout. it’s good for the mind, body, and soul!
doing yoga here in bali feels good. it feels more connected for some reason. can’t wait to do it again today.
