uploading photos from our last Big Island trip. took the boys to the pool for some free dive training. 
Noah could at first hold his breath for 12 seconds, and we got it up to 35 seconds. good progress Noah!
Mateus was scared to hold his head under water but after seeing Aquaman, he challenged himself. his first try was a 3 second breath hold. haha. 
then he kept on practicing and got to 18 seconds. 
once again, the cutest kid in the world. i just look at him and just laugh. Mateus asks me why i’m laughing at him and i just say “because you’re so cute!” 
i wish i could have a haircut like this. haha…
