it was a hot afternoon. a perfect day to grab the stand up paddle board. toda-san and i went out to queen’s and caught all the good waves. i kind of felt bad for the 30 longboarders out there. wait, i take that back because i know they don’t feel sorry for me when i short board out there…. like they say, paybacks a bitch….
i haven’t eaten mullet in years. i use to love it until i went to japan and discovered much better eating fish. and also, nobody eats mullet in japan. in fact, the japanese people think it’s disgusting. but the way my mom prepared it tonight, it was really good…..
