after all the days of Boot Camp, today was the time to make a huge leap. and Ryu-san always likes taking the leap!

Li-san went up a few levels in these few days. he’s starting to put his arms and hands in the perfect place. 
and when you lead off with your leading arm, everything else will follow. just like this.
this is absolutely perfect backside surfing. it’s the exact same way the pro surfers do it…
then you do the off the lip and the spray will follow. so nice!
then after your put your arms and hands in the right place, you can now start using your lower body muscles and this is where all the power comes from. 
and when you have a powerful man like Ryu-san, you will turn a 9’6 like a shortboard. sweet!
