as i was looking at the luxury condos at Ala Moana, i was wondering how this pandemic is going to effect real estate. prices up or down? i’m thinking down for sure…
since i was a kid and watching luxury condos going up one by one, i always thought what the limit would be. fast forward 30 years and there seems to be no limit. as a local boy growing up here, it’s actually pretty sad seeing this landscape. and more condos are in the planning now…
good to see the Waikiki Yacht Sailing Club back out enjoying the ocean. i would recommend to any parent to put their kids in this program. when ever i see the kids in the ocean, they seem so happy!
and thank you kids for wearing your masks. some of the adults can learn something from you guys because even though masks are mandatory, i see lots of adults without um. good kids…
