Day 8 of 2022: it was the clearest day of the year so far. not a cloud in the sky and the sunrise was absolutely stunning. we were ready to fly!
Daisuke-san’s 2nd foil session. foiling is harder than everybody thinks. you have to have to be mentally strong to survive because the foil has a way of making you feel small and weak. all us foilers have gone though the frustration stage, and the ones who survived came out stronger than ever. my advice is “never give up!” i almost did and if i would have regretted that for the rest of my life…
