Yassin is my Balinese driver/bodyguard. i feel super safe here with him. i just have to close my eyes when he’s driving. haha.
i forgot how crazy the drivers are here. even in the rain, everybody is in a mad rush!
5 days before my trip, i contacted Mike Woo and asked him if he had time to make me some boards. i really wasn’t expecting it to be ready, but it was! he made it in 3 days! so the airlines might have lost my magic boards somewhere, but now i have fresh new ones. this is the Kelly Slater twin fin model that i’m going to wax up right now! and there is a super good swell that just came. great timing!!!
