the water has been so warm that i have to scrub Mayuki twice a month. this is the best workout ever! 
i remember when we took a hike up the mountains in Molokai. we found lychee, mangos, guava, and coconut growing wild along the way. it was amazing to be in nature with free food all over. if i had a bow and arrow, i could have brought down a deer too…
these 2 young teenagers needed this trip just as much as i did. getting away from the internet and enjoying the simplest things in life is one way to forget all your troubles. it grounds you and makes you realize that the simple life is always the best…
