Boot Camp continued this morning. we focused on staying calm and turning the surfboard more up the face of the wave. 
i watch my students on every wave every day so this is my favorite time of the morning. right at the sun rises over Waikiki, the golden show starts. 
this little swell has been giving us waves all week long. it won’t go away so we’ll just ride it till it’s gone.
some nice lefts this morning at Bowls too.
right when we came in, this little monk seal swam up to the beach.

Round 2 was so good too! it was a super high tide but excellent for foiling and taking photos like this. 
we ended our day eating a custom pizza. i got home at 6pm and ready for bed. good night from Hawaii!
