it’s been 16 years since i started yoga. the first time i went, i realized that my body was as stiff as a pole. and i also realized that my mind wasn’t present. i couldn’t do the poses, and i couldn’t concentrate so it was a physical and mental challenge for me. but i never gave up. i wanted to be more flexible, and i wanted to be more present. i learned poses, and i learned how to meditate. i’ve been doing it everyday since then. now my body feels younger than it did 16 years ago, and i feel that i’m living in the moment. so if you have problems with your body or mind, do yoga. namaste…
