After a long trip, I always make sure to get back asap to my morning routine. Woke up at 3:30am, worked out, and headed to the ocean. It was so beautiful and if tomorrow wasn’t Thanksgiving, I would have continued right on to Molokai this morning. It was as calm as it gets.
And the water was crystal clear. I foiled, scrubbed the boat bottom, and did some free diving. Triple the exercise!
This is a foilers dream. It’s like you have the whole ocean to yourself.
Matt on a really nice wave at Bowls. The conditions were perfect.
I ate too much in Taiwan so I’m going to burn off the calories as fast as possible. And this is the fastest way to do that.
Foil hard, push hard, and breathe. I think I lost 5lbs. this morning.
So cool to see a pod of dolphins. I’m still not sure why but dolphins makes me very happy.
Then went to check out Sandy Beach and it was looking super fun.
Jet lag is gone and looking forward to tomorrow!
