Sunglasses at Night

26

This trip was pretty special because after going to Taiwan many times, we decided to explore a lot more.  Driving along the coast looking for waves, looking for food, and looking for what ever seemed interesting.

Checking the surf and looking down to beautiful things like this.

Everyday we’d go home with a bag of shells.  Not every beach has shells but when you find one that has them, it’s like a jackpot.  I know exactly where to go now.

Imaging one of these guys attacking you?  No thank you.

It was good to see Kimura-san surfing.  Sometimes I forget he’s 72 years old and treat him like he’s a teenager.  Haha.  Sorry for always yelling at you Kimura-san.  You know that’s my love.  And you know that’s also because you never listen to me.  Haha.

I rented this van in Taipei and had a hard time driving it.  It drove really good but the problem is every car in Taiwan has their front windshield tinted.  It’s so dark that I can’t see out at night.  It was crazy and it was scary.  Imagine wearing your sunglasses at night trying to drive.  On top of that, no street lights.

As you can see, I’ve been back to Hawaii since Wednesday and here are my steps.  Pretty funny.  After I looked at this today, I walked 1200 steps up my street.  I better find a better balance.
