Wow, another beautiful day here in Hawaii. Blue sky, clear water, and very warm weather.
And good waves too! Fujiki-san hasn’t surfed for 2 years but he actually surfed the best today. I was so impressed with his paddling and calmness. We’ve surfed so many times together and today was his best of the best!
Good board, good waves, and good surfer.
One of the local surfer boys was cooking a pot of stew in the back of his truck. It was working in the wind, and the stew was boiling. I asked him what kind of burner he’s using and he said he got it from Japan. It’s a Soto and you can only get it in Japan. So now I have a reason to go to Japan because I have to get one of these for my boat. Haha.
