It’s so weird to be passing by the Indies Trader here in Hawaii. This is the last place I’d expect to see it. From half way around the world in Indonesia to here in Hawaii. That shows you how solid and proven this boat is. 
Mayuki can’t make it to the Mentawai’s but it sure make it around the Hawaiian islands. Today we went searching for waves but the water was looking better for free diving. 
It was as beautiful as it gets. We just jumped into the deep blue and felt so free. 
There was a tako hiding in a hole at 23′ deep. I was watching from the top making sure the tako didn’t grab Mighty Mouse and pull her into the hole. The crazy thing about tako is you have no idea how big it is until you get it out of the hole.
I was very impressed with Mighty Mouse’s hunting skills. It took her 30 seconds of holding her breath and swimming down 23′ to get it. 
Then it grabbed her arm and the fight began. I just watched and laughed because I know how terrifying it feels to be attacked by a tako. 
Get ready for the next “takoyaki” party. Good job girl! That’s your second tako!
