This morning was beautiful. Chest high waves and totally perfect conditions. Lance Hookano catching the best waves of the day.

I was at Whole Foods looking at the meat section. OMG, everything is so expensive! I made a comment to Mighty Mouse “wow, things are getting so expensive now. Better to go to Molokai, shoot a deer, cut it up, and freeze it. One deer should last 6 months.” A guy looking at the meet overheard us and said “Amen.” We’re all on the same page. 
I didn’t know meat could ever get this expensive. Now I’m really going to Molokai to hunt. 
I was so happy to see Mighty Mouse dive down so deep and get a tako out of the hole. That’s very hard to do and it takes a lot of skill. Pretty impressive. And the takoyaki she made from it was even more impressive.
My brothers friend is also a hunter and brings us fresh ahi once a week. So I’ve been eating poke bowls 2x a week. Keep healthy and happy!
