Yesterday evening once more: First time to Hawaii, and first time surfing. Making a memory of a lifetime!
And to see the baby monk seal named “Mahina” on the beach is a bonus.
First up was Saito-san. Imagine standing up and riding a wave for the first time in your life? It’s not only exciting, it’s amazing.
And once you experience the connection with nature, nothing can beat the feeling. The smile will come out sooner or later.
Next was Sugimoto-san. First wave and got up easily. It was high tide and super bumpy so it was actually very challenging.
And when you take the challenge and succeed, you will be a very happy girl.

This morning Round 1: The girls racing back to the beach. We do this a lot and now I can’t even keep up with them. They are fast!
Round 2: Empty Diamond Head and one of the best days in a while. If you love a challenge, you will love this.
