you can call me a computer tax geek today. i spent most of my day, or should i say all of my day on my computer doing taxes and planning trips for this year. march is the time i set aside to get things done i’ve been putting off since last october. fixing things around my house, car oil change, taxes, and getting ready for year of exploring. thank goodness the waves are shitty of i wouldn’t get anything done. been constantly in touch with boat captains in the mentawai’s, photographers in singapore, friends in japan and indonesia, and airline agents around the world. it’s a busy month but i’m not complaining because come april 1st, i’m out of here. 1st stop japan, then north sumatra, then to malaysia, then…. still planning that part. i’m just going with the flow….

the only bummer thing is that this trip is in september. that’s the prime time when i’m chasing typhoons in japan. ummm, maybe i’ll start off chasing it in pohnpei, then follow it to the philippines, then to okinawa, then to japan. sounds good yeah??? anyway, if any of you want to jump on one of these red sea trips, CLICK HERE FOR RED SEA ADVENTURES SITE….
**and last, i met this kid on my website named genjimilo. he’s a grom from the states and wants to make it as a pro surfer. we’ve been chatting back and forth for a while now. he’s a die hard fan of seth and shun. so when i posted my blog about rivals 2 days ago, i got a comment from genjimilo. by the way, he’s studying japanese so we chat both in japanese and english. even though i haven’t met him before, i know he’s a cool kid….

so i just recently read the kid rivals post on ur blog and im amazed. Seth and Shun are very good surfers for their age. And to also be friends is even crazier. I hate to be 2nd in ne thing so i know what that feels like. hah
