had a lot of fun last night with yoshi, miwa-san, and keigo-san. we started at sergio’s mexican in manoa. nachos, enchiladas, flauta, laughs, coronas, and more.
corona’s and mexican go hand in hand. all we needed was some tequila! haha.
after dinner, we headed to a local bar i’ve been going to for the past 20 years or so. my brother, sister in-laws, and my sister were already there warming up the karaoke mic.
we’ve been playing billiards recently. make teams, and if you lose, you drink a tequila shot. if i were playing for fun, i’d be having fun. but because we’re playing for tequila, i don’t want to lose. if i do, i have to leave my car there, catch a taxi home, catch a taxi back the next morning, and have a major hangover. so i get serious, play my best, and win. haha. we played 5 games and i was lucky to just sip on my jack/coke all night. felt sorry for the others because they still must have a headache.
then what do you do after the tequila starts kicking in? go sing karaoke!
it was cool to hang out there with my friends and family. something we should do more often.
