hello from my hospital room. gosh, i’m starting to like this place. the nurses are super nice and i can’t use my cell phone. so i just relax, read a magazine, and wait to get cut open.
well, they dug deep and found the long spine in my hand. i couldn’t believe how big and sharp it was and can’t believe how long it was in there. my hand hurts from the cut and stitches but nothing like how it’s been hurting for the last month. i’m glad it’s out and can’t wait to use my hand normally again. i’m pretty messed up right now but should be back in top shape soon. please don’t feel sorry for me because your looking at a guy who enjoys his life, the good, and the bad. if this was 20 years ago, i would be angry, stressed, pissed, and an asshole. but now, i’m just an asshole. haha… just joking. i have something to look forward too. and that’s traveling!! as soon as my hand heals where i can carry my own suitcase, and my eye doctor gives me the ok, i’m out of here. going on another journey far away. then when i get back to hawaii, i’m surfing/diving/shooting, and going back to my happy life. but until then, stay out of my way… haha….
