good evening. super small waves in the forecast for the next week. 1-2′ on the south and maybe a little bigger on the north. bummer the sunset beach contest waiting period started today. i hope the big wave boys can surf the small waves too because it’s looking that way for now. stoked my 2 nephews micah and isaiah are in the competition. joshua and seth will have to wait another.
i was out at pearlridge shopping center today and seen something so cool. remember farrell’s? the coolest ice cream parlor that use to be at kahala mall about 30 years ago. i remember they gave a free ice cream sundae if it was your birthday. when i was a kid, i had 5 birthdays a year there. haha. those were the days.
the furniture and interior are exactly the same. love those lamps. on my next birthday, i’m going to drive out there and claim my free ice cream sundae. i’m sure there will be some major flashbacks as i take my first bite.
living in the valley has it’s perks. after a long day driving home into a nice rainbow. can’t beat that!
alex gray travels around the world with a videographer surfing all kinds of big waves and stuff. had the opportunity to surf with him in japan and i really got to like this kid. many dreams, and super brave! go-alex! check him and the boys out paddling in at jaws on maui.
