i woke up this morning and was ready to go to the north shore to watch the pipe masters. then i passed by my chickens that just started to lay eggs.
i keep them under my house and there are no place for them to lay eggs.
so i look for some scrap wood, and start to get creative.
i remember having so much time before building things around my house. it’s fun doing the the math, trying to be creative, and then finishing something. i miss this free time and i’m glad i stayed home and took care of my chickens. the cool thing is that the pipeline masters was going on live from my computer all day so i didn’t miss anything.
it’s a pretty small place under my deck. perfect for the chickens but too small for me.
now my chickens have a place to lay some eggs. pepper was the first and now i’m just waiting for peanut and butter. then i’ll have 3 eggs/day so i will never have to buy eggs again.
last night i went to explore around my house. heard about a new nabe/shabushabu restaurant called Asuka so i tried it. if i didn’t eat at Imanas the night before, it would have been ok. but since i ate the best nabe in hawaii at Imanas, i was a little disappointed at Asuka. the people who like this place have no idea how good the nabe and shabushabu at Imanas is.
takami-san sent me the forecast for tohoku next week. OMG. it’s going to be cold!!!!
