i woke up yesterday to check the diving conditions. when i checked ala moana park, i couldn’t believe how many stand up paddlers were out. oh my gosh!!!
somebody just threw over 600 topical fish in the rubbish can at the harbor. authorities are trying to figure out what happened. here’s what i think what happened. some illegal fishermen go out and surround a reef with their nets, put a bag of clorox in the hole, pop it, and every single living creature runs out and gets stuck into the net. they come back to the harbor, take out the fish they want to sell, and throw everything else in the rubbish can. the fish die, and so does the reef. i call it rape!! and it’s freakin sad….
**on to brighter things. this year i have big plans. i’m going to travel as much as possible and enjoy life more than i’ve already been enjoying life. see new friends, and make new friends. i can’t wait!!!
i’ve been to tahiti twice. once for surfing, and once for diving. both trips were memorable….
i’ve been to japan over 200 times and this was one of my most memorable experiences. diving with the 80 year old amasan divers was just an experience and a half. i can’t wait to go back there this year!!!
