good morning. 5:30 am and i don’t hear the wind blowing this morning. could it have stopped? if so, the surf should be going off!!! i’m going to check right now.
wanted to say sorry to everyone that sent me emails that i haven’t gotten back too. i’ve just been too busy with surfing, shooting, diving, and taxes. yeah, yearly taxes is the worst!!! i hate doing them but if i don’t, i will be sitting in jail. planning to go back to japan as soon as everything is done. hopefully soon. but hang in there, i got your emails and i will be getting back to you shortly. as for the mentawai boat trip in april, it’s pretty much ON!!! the members are decided, the boat is sailing from thailand to meet us up in padang, the flights and hotels are booked, and i’m getting excited!! can’t wait!!!
**here is a example why i think sea world should free shamu. remember what happened a while back in hawaii? we had a circus and the elephant that killed before, killed again, and got killed. yeah, this circus wild elephant that was taken out of africa killed his trainer, just like shamu, and went on a rampage. he did it in front of the audience during one of the shows and the thing that bothered me is that it happened in front of hundreds of kids. could it have been worst? watch the video and see for yourself. anyway, the outcome was that tyke the elephant was shot dead by hundreds of bullets after running around the streets of honolulu. it was pretty dam sad…. so i ask myself??? if tyke just killed his trainer, would he still be in the circus? how many trainers would tyke have to kill to be taken out? three? i’m still a little traumatized by what happened that day and i bet every kid in the circus that seen tyke kill his trainer is too. did we have a circus after that? i don’t think so….
**PLEASE BE WARNED THAT THIS VIDEO IS PRETTY WILD. WILD BUT WE NEED TO SEE THESE THINGS. WE NEED TO SEE THE STRESS PUT ON WILD ANIMALS TAKEN OUT OF THEIR ENVIRONMENT. THE QUESTION IS “HOW MANY PEOPLE NEED TO DIE BEFORE THE SHOW STOPS?”
