i seen this weird fish at the fish auction. it’s called “MONCHONG.” what kind of fish is this? and how does one prepare it???

and the fish weighted 157 lbs.
so this fish went off the auction block at $1,381.60.
big money for a big fish!!! should i stop spearing kumu’s and start spearing tunas? i’d be rich!!!
speaking of rich, i feel rich when i travel to third world countries because the dollar is pretty strong. every time i leave a country, i always keep some of their currency with me so next time i go there, i can at least get to my hotel and get something to eat without exchanging money. i’m just wondering how much all this would be????
