Hawaiian Air to Haneda!!!

194

good morning. my body is finally recovered from the swim this past weekend. it was tough, it was fun, and it was challenging. i did it just to see if i could do it. and now i did it, i’m going to take the next challenge by entering a longer and farther one. next time i’m training and next time i ain’t letting people pass me by so easily. i’ll swim until i can’t swim anymore. i’ve been a pretty good doggy paddler but a terrible freestyle swimmer. i thought i wouldn’t last 44 minutes straight on freestyle but i fooled myself. can’t wait to do it again…
lot’s been going on. i bought a car yesterday, i got a new matchi shaped board waiting for my stickers to go on, my spearguns are all in pieces, and i have some images still in my camera from mentawai that i have to download. yesterday i went to my secret beach and seen over 50 turtles. don’t believe me? it’s ok. i know, my close friends know, and the turtles know. i was swimming alone with 30 of them taking photos. it was totally amazing….. anyway, it’s 5 am and i’m running late. have a nice day!!!

BIG NEWS!!!! HAWAIIAN AIRLINES WILL START FLYING TO HANEDA AIRPORT FROM HONOLULU!!
yeah!! i’m so happy!! i use to fly china airlines every time when they flew into haneda. why? because it’s super close to shonan. then china lost that route and i was bummed. but now, hawaiian air will start flying to haneda airport from october of this year. you know me… i’m flying hawaiian!!! i hope my friends can still hook me up with buddy passes. yoroshiku ne!!!

i’ve been looking for a good dive watch for a while. i owned some before but they all broke. then i started hating them because i use to freak out when i went too deep. i had one that always beeped at 60′ and every time i heard it, i would panic. so i stopped using it. anyway, i’ve been looking for a suunto d3 model for a while but couldn’t find one because it was discontinued. then yesterday was my lucky day!! i searched online and found a guy selling a used suunto mosquito model watch. this one is even better and more expensive then the d3. retailing at $450, well, that’s if you can find a new one, i got this one for $180. can you believe it? and the guy that sold it to me was a japanese guy living down my street. thanks yoshi-san. you made me a pretty happy guy!!

why is the d3 and mosquito models the best? because you can simple change the battery in the back by yourself. just get a coin and turn the cap. it’s that easy. now instead of paying $60 each time to have the battery professionally changed, i can throw in a $3 battery from longs in less than a minute. i’m so happy that i’m going to test it out today. we’re diving for “ono’s” or “sawara” in the deep blue water way out in the ocean. wish me luck. i hope to be eating sashimi tonight….
