good morning. it’s going to be another long day!! first, going to watch isaiah surf his first round heat at the oakley junior pro, then try to find narita airport to pick up tammy and kelia. i’m pretty sure i will get lost. then back to the contest and hopefully isaiah is in the final, then check in to the hotel, then watch my sister and kelia look lost in space as the jet lag kicks in. then tomorrow, it’s work, work, and work. finally they will get to experience what i’ve been doing for the last 20 years of my life. i work hard, and i play hard. that’s the life!!! see you around….
i was doing computer work while isaiah was throwing darts next to me. he luckily hit the bulls eye and said to me “what uncle, you know how to play?” it was cocky and i don’t give cocky kids chances. i said “well, if you think your so good, let’s play for lunch?” game on!!!
this is isaiah paying for my lunch. yeah, i kicked his ass in darts. now this kid wants to challenge me in pool or tennis? no mercy!!! kids these days have to learn that us old guys are capable of doing. i’m looking forward to 2 more free lunches….

**kelia is at a turning point in her life. modeling? world champion? soul surfer? gas station attendant? she’s probably confused on what lies a head of her but i’m just glad she has so many options. this next year is going to be really interesting. the other day, she hooked up with a really creative photographer that made a pretty creative video. i’m stoked to see her experimenting with her inner self. kelia has raw talent in anything she does and i’m sure the world is waiting for what ever road she chooses…
